The family business has on purpose a very decentralized organization, each company having its own independent operational team, with an executive management team at the head office level to overlook and monitor all the companies. Each company has its own allocated resources and remain independent financially, managing its own risk and cash flow. The family business has been managed since 1993 by Jean Louis Cardahi who graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland, in the mid- eighties assisted and supported by his wife Guzin Ozaydin also an engineer of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.
A Financial Controller and a legal counsel with a specific secretariat support this executive management team. Finance, accounting, planning and document control are consolidated at executive management level. A clear reporting from company directors allow a proper coordination and an enhanced efficiency. All information, financials, data and communication are integrated on a ERP enterprise resources program accessible by all companies managers through the web and allowing mobility, control, monitoring and quick decision.
